i had to call every day for fresh towelson thurs my last nightwe get back in the room at 11 pm bed not made no towels no water no trash taken out.was told sorry short on staff and they will take care of it tomorrow. After stopping many times we got to room.I came back down to front desk after waiting almost an hour in line was told by the young sorry about my disability but if i wanted a closer room i would have to pay alot for upgrade. Stayed 3days and what a mistake to choose this hotel.When the wife and i checked in told the young man at the front desk we were handicaped and had trouble walking long distance because i told him that he gave us the farthest hotel to walk to any thing the carson.
